Job summary

Movate in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Solution Architect & Practice Lead to drive design and delivery of enterprise-grade Digital Commerce, Mobility, and Experience solutions. This role will establish and mature the organization7s Solution Architecture practice, partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Engineering and Customer stakeholders across all lifecycle phases.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Implementation Consulting roles.
• Proven experience working within consulting, professional services, or technology organizations.
• Deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and CMS technologies including AEM, Sitecore, and Drupal.
• Strong experience leading discovery workshops, requirements gathering, estimation, and solution design activities.
• Demonstrated success in supporting sales cycles and converting opportunities into successful customer engagements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn emerging technologies and translate them into practical customer solutions.
• Experience leading a Solution Architecture or Technology Practice.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade Digital Commerce, Mobility, and Experience solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Customer stakeholders across the lifecycle.
