We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead business-led solution design for strategic initiatives acrossdiversified business verticals.

Unlike apure Technical Architect role, this position is focused on solutioning froma business, functional, and process perspective—understanding enterprisechallenges, defining future-state operating models, optimizing processes, anddesigning integrated business solutions that deliver measurable value.

Theideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders, operations teams, andtechnology functions to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and alignedwith strategic priorities.

KeyResponsibilities

BusinessSolution Design

• Understand businessobjectives, pain points, operational challenges, and growth prioritiesacross functions.
  
• Design end-to-end businesssolutions covering people, process, systems, controls, and governance.
  
• Translate complex businessrequirements into structured solution blueprints and execution roadmaps.
  
• Create scalable operatingmodels aligned to enterprise strategy and business goals.
  
• Ensure proposed solutionsimprove efficiency, control, customer experience, and profitability.
  
• Analyze current-state (As-Is)business processes and define optimized future-state (To-Be)models.
  
• Identify automation,digitization, and simplification opportunities.
  
• Drive standardization ofprocesses across multiple business units and locations.
  
• Lead business processtransformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  
• Define functionalrequirements, business rules, workflows, user journeys, KPIs, and controlframeworks.
  
• Partner with technicalteams to ensure business needs are translated into effective systemsolutions.
  
• Evaluate ERP, CRM,workflow, analytics, and enterprise platforms from a functional fitmentperspective.
  
• Support solutionconfiguration, UAT strategy, process sign-offs, and business readiness.

• Conduct feasibilitystudies, cost-benefit analysis, ROI modelling, and business casepreparation.
  
• Recommend initiatives forproductivity enhancement, cost reduction, service excellence, and revenuegrowth.
  
• Provide leadership withstrategic recommendations backed by data and process insights.
  
• Convert ambiguous businesschallenges into clear, implementable solutions.
  

StakeholderManagement

• Engage CXOs, businessheads, operations leaders, consultants, and delivery teams.
  
• Facilitate workshops,requirement sessions, governance reviews, and executive presentations.
  
• Build consensus acrossfunctions and drive ownership for transformation initiatives.
  

Lead change management and business adoptionprograms.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience inSolution Architecture, Business Consulting, Business Analysis,Transformation, or Functional Design roles.
  
• Proven experience inenterprise-wide process transformation and solution design initiatives.
