Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 12+ years in Solution or Enterprise Architecture and consulting.

• Proven ability to run discovery sessions, requirements gathering, estimation, and design.
• Track record of supporting sales cycles and converting opportunities to engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and translate to customer solutions.
• Experience leading a Solution Architecture or Technology Practice.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously enhance Solution Architecture frameworks, standards, methodologies, and governance.

Role Overview

Role Type: Solution Architect / Practice Lead

Domain: Digital Commerce, Experience Platforms, Mobility & Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect & Practice Lead to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Digital Commerce, Mobility & Experience solutions while establishing and maturing the organization's Solution Architecture practice. This role will partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Customer stakeholders across all phases of the customer lifecycle, from opportunity identification through implementation and ongoing optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, consulting experience, client engagement skills, and leadership capabilities to shape architecture standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership

• Define and continuously enhance Solution Architecture frameworks, standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Build and scale the Solution Architecture practice, including capability development, knowledge management, and reusable assets.
• Establish architecture review processes and quality assurance mechanisms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery and engineering organizations.
• Contribute to organizational capability building through training, mentoring, and thought leadership.

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to convert opportunities into successful engagements.
• Lead discovery workshops, solution definition sessions, and technical assessments.
• Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, project scopes, effort estimates, and technical proposals.
• Present solution recommendations and architecture strategies to executive stakeholders and customer leadership teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on technology strategy, platform selection, and digital transformation initiatives.

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing Digital Commerce and Mobility solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Define end-to-end solution architectures leveraging modern technologies including Headless Commerce, Microservices, API-First, Cloud-Native, and Composable Commerce architectures.
• Design solutions across leading commerce platforms and 2 tech is fine :
  • Shopify
  • Adobe Commerce (Magento)

  • SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud)
• Architect Digital Experience and Content Management solutions and any 2 tech is fine:

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Delivery Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to improve implementation processes and solution outcomes.
• Provide architectural feedback to influence product roadmap and platform evolution.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Mentor development teams, implementation partners, and customer technical teams.
• Review solution designs, architecture, and integration approaches to ensure adherence to defined standards.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and oversee critical architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Implementation Consulting roles.
• Proven experience working within consulting, professional services, or technology organizations.
• Deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and CMS technologies including AEM, Sitecore, and Drupal.
• Strong experience leading discovery workshops, requirements gathering, estimation, and solution design activities.
• Demonstrated success in supporting sales cycles and converting opportunities into successful customer engagements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn emerging technologies and translate them into practical customer solutions.
• Experience leading a Solution Architecture or Technology Practice.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
