Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and leading enterprise-scale architecture solutions in a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation, modernization, cloud migration, or enterprise integration initiatives.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions that accelerate business transformation, innovation, and operational excellence.

This role requires a visionary technology leader who can bridge business strategy and technical execution, shape enterprise architecture decisions, drive modernization initiatives, and guide engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across application architecture, cloud platforms, integration patterns, security, and software engineering practices, while influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Technology Alignment

• Partner with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business capabilities and requirements into actionable technology solutions.
• Develop architecture blueprints, target-state architectures, design patterns, and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide strategic recommendations on technology investments, modernization opportunities, and platform selection.

Drive adoption of modern architectural practices including microservices, event-driven architecture, API-led integration, cloud-native development, and domain-driven design.

Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to executives, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

Influence architecture decisions across multiple portfolios and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, systems integration, or enterprise technology roles.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and leading enterprise-scale architecture solutions in a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale digital transformation, modernization, cloud migration, or enterprise integration initiatives.

Technical Expertise

• Deep expertise in architectural styles and patterns including:
  • Microservices Architecture
  • Event-Driven Architecture
  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • API-First Architecture
  • Distributed Systems
  • Monolithic and Hybrid Architectures
• Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Expertise in cloud-native services, containers, Kubernetes, serverless computing, and platform engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, data architecture, analytics platforms, and integration technologies.
• Extensive experience designing secure APIs, enterprise integration solutions, and authentication/authorization frameworks.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automated quality controls.

Good to Have:

• TOGAF Certification
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
