Project Role Description: Analyzes client requirements and supports configuring a solution from a standard set of offerings. Liaisons with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services, and determine appropriate delivery locations and related costs. Works with client stakeholders to receive sign-off on the solution.

Summary

As a Solution Planner, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will analyze client requirements and support the configuration of solutions from a standard set of offerings. Your typical day will involve liaising with the delivery organization to ensure effective transitions, shaping services, and determining appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. You will also work closely with client stakeholders to secure sign-off on the proposed solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and organizational standards.

Roles Responsibilities

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, senior stakeholders and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Professional Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management, Adobe, Salesforce, Martech / Marketing Technology, Mobile App Solutions, SAP Hybris, Commerce Tools.
• Along with strong Presales capabilities such as: RFP/RFQ support, Effort estimation, Pricing commercial structuring, Sales/orals preparation, Client-facing solution presentations.
• Strong understanding of system integration and architecture frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 16+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• This position is open for almost all the locations in India.
• A Graduate or Master graduate with good grades and 10 plus years Solution Architect experience with related certifications is good to have.
