Job summary

Hikvision India in Delhi seeks a dynamic professional with 2-5 years in Pre-Sales and Solution Design for Security & Surveillance. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing technical solutions, and supporting bids.

You will conduct product demos and POC activities, and deliver training to system integrators and customers. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with knowledge of IP surveillance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Security & Surveillance Industry.
• Graduate/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Telecommunication.
• Knowledge of IP Surveillance will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Tender/Pre-Tender preparation, BOQ creation and compliance documentation.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare technical solutions.
• Support bid submissions and pre-bid meetings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) activities and train system integrators and customers.

• Support bid submissions and pre-bid meetings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) activities.
• Deliver product and solution training to System Integrators, End Users, and customers.
• Attend customer meetings along with the Sales Team and provide technical support.

Preferred Candidate

• 2-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Security & Surveillance Industry.
• Good communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of IP Surveillance and Security Systems will be an added advantage.
