Job summary

Kran Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) to engage with customers, understand business goals, and design end-to-end IT solutions across application, data, integration, and security layers.

You will prepare high-quality pre-sales and bid documents, AS-IS/TO-BE analyses, and DPRs while coordinating with domain experts and product teams to ensure a smooth handoff to delivery. Fluent English and Hindi are required.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/ B.E./ MCA or higher in a related field.
• Any leading IT solution architect certification is preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in solution designing of IT/ITeS projects in the role of solution architect.
• Experience in solution designing for microservices based projects in the role of solution architect.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and operation of centralized information systems/ ERP.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing).
• Experience in RFP-based bidding and proposal preparation is highly desirable.
• Exposure to government or large enterprise IT projects is an added advantage

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) to be a key contributor in our Pre-Sales team. This role will work closely with customers and internal domain experts to understand business requirements, design end-to-end IT solutions, and prepare high-quality pre-sales and bid documents while ensuring that delivery teams remain focused on project execution.

Location

• Expected to travel and be stationed across various States in India as per project requirement

Skills/Requirements

2. Solution Architecture & Design

• Customer Engagement & Business Analysis
• Engage with customers to understand business goals, functional needs, and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to prepare AS-IS / TO-BE documentation.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for business process improvement and digital transformation.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures covering application, integration, data, infrastructure, security, and analytics layers.
• Define solution approaches aligned with customer constraints, scalability, performance, security, and cost considerations.
• Evaluate multiple solution options and recommend the most suitable architecture.

Pre-Sales & Bid Support

• Work closely with domain experts, product teams, and management to finalize solutions.
• Ensure minimal dependency on delivery teams during pre-sales.
• Support smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery through structured knowledge transfer and documentation.
