• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and technology consulting.
• Proven track record in presales, solutioning, estimation, proposal development, and RFP/RFI responses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and business teams to qualify opportunities, define solution strategies, and drive successful pursuits.
• Lead customer-facing technical discussions, discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and solution presentations.
• Design scalable and end-to-end enterprise solutions using Open-Source Java and/or .NET technology stacks.
• Develop solution architectures, effort estimates, technical proposals, SOWs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Present solution value propositions, differentiation, and delivery approaches to customer stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Travel to customer locations for workshops, discovery sessions, presentations, and pursuit activities as required.
• Adopt and promote Agentic SDLC practices through AI Productivity COE enablement and incorporate them into solution designs and proposals.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and proposed solutions.
• Support transition from presales to delivery teams, ensuring solution integrity and successful execution.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Presales Solution Architect with strong customer-facing and solutioning expertise to partner with sales teams in shaping, positioning, and winning strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and delivery experience in Open-Source Java and/or .NET technologies, combined with strong consulting, estimation, and proposal development capabilities.

As part of the AI Productivity Center of Excellence (COE), you will be enabled on Agentic AI-driven SDLC practices and leverage these capabilities to design innovative solutions, accelerate delivery outcomes, and enhance customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and business teams to qualify opportunities, define solution strategies, and drive successful pursuits.
• Lead customer-facing technical discussions, discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and solution presentations.
• Design scalable and end-to-end enterprise solutions using Open-Source Java and/or .NET technology stacks.
• Develop solution architectures, effort estimates, technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and RFP/RFI responses.
• Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Present solution value propositions, differentiation, and delivery approaches to customer stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Travel to customer locations for workshops, discovery sessions, presentations, and pursuit activities as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and technology consulting.
• Strong hands-on and delivery experience in Open-Source Java and/or .NET technologies.
• Proven track record in presales, solutioning, estimation, proposal development, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale applications, modernization initiatives, cloud-enabled solutions, and digital transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with consultative selling and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, and practice organizations.
• Willingness to travel based on customer engagement requirements.
• Eagerness to learn and adopt AI-enabled delivery practices and Agentic SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Exposure to AI-assisted software development, DevOps, Agile delivery methodologies, and application modernization initiatives.
• Certifications in Solution Architecture, Cloud Technologies, or Enterprise Architecture frameworks will be an added advantage.
