Job summary

Maveric is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions in the Wealth Management and Banking domain.

The role requires hands-on experience across solution architecture, cloud technologies, API integrations, microservices, and CRM transformation initiatives, with strong stakeholder management to drive architecture decisions across complex environments.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (D365) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM solutions within the Wealth Management and Banking domain. The successful candidate will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, API, Infrastructure, and CRM Engineering teams to define and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions aligned with organizational architecture standards and business objectives.

This role requires hands‑on experience in solution architecture, cloud technologies, API integrations, microservices, and CRM transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive architecture decisions across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for CRM transformation initiatives.
• Create and maintain High-Level Solution Designs (HLSD) and architecture documentation.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and technology roadmaps.
• Validate technology assumptions and evaluate implementation options and trade-offs.
• Lead technical solution discussions and drive design decisions across multiple teams.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Architect and deliver solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
• Define integration patterns between D365 CRM and enterprise applications.
• Guide CRM development teams and functional consultants on solution designs and best practices.
• Support adoption of new Microsoft capabilities and platform innovations.

Integration & Cloud Architecture

• Design scalable API-driven architecture using modern integration frameworks.
• Drive cloud-native solution designs leveraging Azure services.
• Define microservices and event-driven architectural patterns where applicable.
• Collaborate with Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture teams.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Participate in architecture reviews, governance forums, and design assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Present architecture recommendations and business cases to senior stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with business and technology teams to shape strategic solutions.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor engineers, functional consultants, and junior architects.
• Promote architecture best practices, reusable patterns, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the growth of architecture capabilities across the organization.
