Job summary

Arcgate is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 solutions in Udaipur. You will lead technical directions, align solutions with enterprise architecture, and guide mix of stakeholders and development teams through implementation.

The role requires deep functional and technical Dynamics 365 expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure-based integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies is preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365, with the ability to understand complex business processes, translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures, and provide end-to-end technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions while maximizing the use of out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 capabilities and minimizing unnecessary customizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and functional requirements.
• Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide solution architecture, technical leadership, and implementation guidance across Dynamics 365 projects.
• Define functional and technical solution designs, integration strategies, customization approaches, and extension patterns.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops, solution design sessions, and client walkthroughs.
• Guide development teams on Dynamics 365 best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
• Review existing Dynamics 365 implementations and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.
• Design and oversee integrations with external systems using Azure services and APIs.
• Develop and maintain Azure Functions to support integrations and business processes where required.Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft's recommended architecture, security, and governance best practices.

Required Functional Expertise

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Order Management processes.
• Hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Customer Care) solutions.
• Experience with Product Management, Product Information Management (PIM), and Product Certification processes.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, including Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order, and Customer lifecycle management.
• Experience mapping complex business processes to standard Dynamics 365 capabilities while minimizing custom development.

Required Technical Expertise

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) architecture.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience developing customizations using plugins, workflows, business rules, custom APIs, and extensions.
• Experience developing Azure Functions and implementing Azure-based integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, middleware, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience with data migration strategies, security models, role-based access control, and solution deployment.
• Ability to review technical designs, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar leadership role delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead solution discussions with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies is preferred.
