Job summary

VOLTO Consulting in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect with sales and project operations focus. You will lead end-to-end solution architecture, drive business transformation initiatives, and provide strategic guidance for enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.

The role requires deep hands-on experience in D365 CE, Project Operations, Dataverse, and Power Platform, with strong integration capabilities and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE and modules including Sales and Project Operations.
• Experience with Dataverse and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Expertise in solution architecture, business process design, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Strong understanding of security roles, business rules, workflows, plugins, and customizations.
• Experience in data migration, reporting, and system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE deployments.
• Drive business transformation initiatives and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Provide strategic guidance for architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into architecture.
