Job summary

Kaizen Sra Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure Dynamics 365 CE solutions and Power Platform integrations. You will drive technical architecture and mentor teams across end-to-end implementations.

Define system architecture, integration patterns, and data models; oversee designs for Azure-based integrations, Dataverse, and APIs; ensure performance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CRM/enterprise application development with strong focus on D365 CE.
• Deep expertise in: Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse architecture, Power Platform, .NET/C#, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflows.
• Experience with integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and microservices design.
• Knowledge of ALM, DevOps, and solution lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Drive technical architecture, ensure best practices, and mentor teams across end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and Power Platform
• Define system architecture, integration patterns, and data models
• Lead technical design, code reviews, and solution governance
• Design and oversee integrations (Azure services, APIs, middleware, Dataverse)
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance standards
• Provide hands-on expertise in complex customizations and extensions
• Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads
