Role Summary
We are seeking a ERP Solution Architect who would serve as the technical authority for the ERP platform and is accountable for solution architecture, integration strategy, data architecture, security, platform governance, and technical quality. This role ensures the ERP ecosystem is scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end ERP solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions including ISV solutions and custom integrations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Provide technical design thinking, roadmap solutioning, and architecture leadership for large-scale global ERP implementations.
- Define architecture standards, technical roadmaps, integration patterns, and governance practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in partnership with the ERP Functional Manager.
- Lead technical workstreams across implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and modernization initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to D365 F&O analysts, administrators, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.
- Own integration architecture involving Dataverse, Azure Integration Services, APIs, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and ETL frameworks.
- Define data migration architecture, reconciliation approaches, and governance models.
- Direct data migration strategy includes ETL validation, data quality, reconciliation, and data validation techniques to ensure migration accuracy.
- Manage environments, release management, security architecture, and role-based access controls.
- Design and oversee customized security configuration, role design, and access control frameworks aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical quality assurance, and solution governance forums.
- Drive Agile delivery practices using Azure DevOps including Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, and coordination of client-side unit acceptance testing.
- Architect enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, Fabric, and Data Lake architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight of implementation partners and vendors.
Ways of Working
The ERP Functional Manager owns business requirements, process design, program delivery, adoption, and stakeholder management. The ERP Solution Architect owns technical design, architecture decisions, integrations, security, data architecture, and platform governance. Both roles jointly own ERP program success and go-live readiness.

Required Qualifications
- At least 15+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions including ISV solutions and complex enterprise integrations.
- At least 4 years in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership roles
- Deep expertise in D365 F&O architecture, Azure services, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, integrations, data migration frameworks, and security architecture
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related discipline.
- Microsoft and Azure preferred certifications.
