Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site surveys and assessments to determine optimal solar panel placement, system design, and interconnection requirements.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and project specifications to ensure compliance with design standards and local regulations.
• Supervise and manage on-site installation activities, including civil works, mechanical mounting, electrical wiring, and system commissioning.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure all installations meet company standards, industry best practices, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, OSHA).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and utility companies to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, site logs, as-built drawings, and commissioning reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on site.
• Provide technical guidance and training to on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying potential delays or cost overruns and proposing corrective actions.
• Conduct performance testing and system commissioning to verify functionality and efficiency of the installed solar PV systems.
