Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site surveys, feasibility studies, and resource assessments to determine optimal solar PV system layouts and specifications.
• Perform detailed technical design of solar PV systems, including module layout, inverter sizing, cable routing, protection devices, and grounding systems, using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst).
• Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, bills of materials, and other project documentation.
• Ensure all designs and installations comply with local electrical codes, building regulations, and renewable energy standards.
• Supervise and inspect the work of installation teams and subcontractors on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Provide technical guidance and support to installation crews, resolving any on-site technical challenges or design discrepancies.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections at various stages of the project lifecycle, from material delivery to final installation.
• Perform system commissioning, performance testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation and energy output.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
