Expert in managing EPC contractors, ensuring zero-accident sites, and slashing commissioning timelines by 10% through optimized resource leveling. Proficient in high-voltage testing and bifacial module alignment, with a deep understanding of DISCOM grid-integration protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing Solar Energy Systems: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create efficient, site-specific mechanical layouts for solar installations.
• Conducting Feasibility Studies: Evaluate proposed project sites for technical and practical viability.
• Site Inspections: Perform regular site visits to inspect mechanical installations and assess project progress.
• Evaluating System Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of installed systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Installation Supervision: Oversee the mechanical installation of solar systems to guarantee correctness, safety, and durability.
• Plan Adherence: Ensure all mechanical work is completed in accordance with approved engineering drawings and project plans.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the mechanical execution phase.
• Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in achieving project milestones and resolving site-related issues effectively.
