2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Pilot Sales Representative to drive secondary and tertiary sales across Lucknow and nearby cities.

The role involves building distributor and retailer networks, promoting products, and achieving set targets through regular market visits. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Solar/ Electrical/ Battery & Inverter sectors, with strong communication and negotiation skills and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 01-02 Years of experience in Solar/ Electrical/ Battery & Inverter segments only

Responsibilities

• Drive secondary and tertiary sales within the assigned territory.
• Increase distributor stock rotation and retailer offtake.
• Develop and maintain retailers, dealers, and EPC network.
• Conduct regular market visits as per the pre journey plan.
• Promote company products and execute sales initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Submit daily sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Location- Lucknow, Varanasi,Meerut,Agra,Banda,Prayagraj,Gorakhpur

To drive secondary and tertiary sales by strengthening distributor, retailer, installer, and EPC engagement, ensuring higher stock rotation, improved market coverage, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive secondary and tertiary sales within the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain retailers, dealers, and EPC network.
