Job summary

Orion in India invites applications for a role to deliver classroom and practical training on Solar PV installation under the Suryamitra curriculum. You will lead hands-on sessions covering installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, and prepare lesson plans and assessments.

The position requires at least two years of training delivery experience, strong English communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to motivate learners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering training.
• Functional English oral and written communication required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and motivate learners.
• Willingness to travel, if required.
