The role involves mentoring learners, answering technical questions, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also collaborate with academic partners and internal teams to keep course content aligned with current industry standards and emerging solar technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, including design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Experience in teaching, training, or facilitation, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with safety standards, electrical codes, and best practices in renewable energy installations.
• Ability to develop structured training materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and at least one regional language preferred.
