Job summary

ISIEINDIA Pvt. Ltd. in Maharashtra seeks a Solar PV Trainer to lead both technical field duties and student training at our Vashind facility.

The role combines hands-on installation work with classroom coaching to prepare trainees for real-world solar projects. You will deliver PPT-based and practical sessions on wiring, testing, safety, and maintenance; conduct demonstrations, evaluate progress, and keep labs, tools, and training kits up to date while supporting workshops and certification

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Solar PV Installation certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical training.
• Good communication and practical training skills.

Responsibilities
