Job summary

Dr Reddys Foundation (DRF) seeks a Training Facilitator to deliver solar installation courses across specified centers in Hyderabad. You will follow the predefined session plan while training identified candidates, ensuring they gain practical skills and confidence for interviews.

Responsibilities include developing learner competencies per curriculum, conducting concurrent assessments, maintaining training data, and engaging with center activities to support program success while traveling

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics with 1–2 years of experience in solar panel installation.
• Hands-on installation and field-travel capability.
• Strong communication and ability to teach marginalised learners.
• Willing to work in the field and travel between customer premises.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training following the predefined session plan.
• Develop skills and knowledge for learners according to curriculum.
• Prepare learners to face interviews confidently.
• Conduct concurrent assessments to measure progress.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Following the predefined session plan while delivering training to the identified candidates who will be undertaking the course.
  
• Developing skills and knowledge for self and incoming candidates on the identified subjects based on the curriculum that is designed
  
• Preparing learners to face interviews confidently.
  
• Conducting concurrent assessments as per the plan to continue to measure the progress of the students
  
• Maintaining data with respect to training and related activities
  
• Participating in center activities (such as organizing Parents' meet, doing retention follow-up, collecting training feedback etc.) along with the other staff members to make the center successful
  

Job Requirements :

• Education qualification: Diploma in Electronics with at least 1-2 years of experience in Solar Panel Installation Technician
  Work experience:1-2 years of Industrial or Trainer experience in Solar Panel Installation Technician
  Technical skills:
  Knowledge about different Solar components, installation, assembly and basic maintenance
  Knowledge about site survey and layout requirement
  Must have hands-on experience in the installation and effective working of the solar panels, including working knowledge of basic electrical wiring, work procedures, and safety standards
  Soft skills:
  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  Expertise in simplifying topics and working with students from marginalised backgrounds
  Ability to work with teams
  High problem-solving and time-management skills
  The individual must be willing to work in the field and travel through the day from one customer’s premise to another.
