Symphoni Hr in Ahmedabad, India seeks an experienced Programme Manager to provide governance over Solar EPC contractors, oversee schedule, quality, commissioning and ESG commitments. The role requires 15+ years in utility-scale solar and strong stakeholder management.

• Handle technical escalations, project risks and critical interface issues
• Coordinate Solar, Grid, BESS, Substation & common infrastructure interfaces
• Assess construction, commissioning, energization & handover readiness
• Review recovery plans, performance testing and milestone achievement
• Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for client/management
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and PMO teams

Responsibilities

• Strong experience in Solar EPC Projects through Construction, Commissioning & Handover
• Experience in Programme Management / Technical Governance / Client Advisory
• Strong knowledge of Utility-Scale Solar PV, Grid Interconnection, Substations & Transmission
• Experience in EPC Delivery, Project Controls, Risk Management & Contract Administration
• Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary interface coordination
