Job summary

Agastya Green Energy in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Utility-Scale Solar EPC and BESS projects, from planning and engineering coordination through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, SCM, Construction, QA/QC, HSE and subcontractors, drive timelines, budget and quality, and manage large project teams and stakeholders to achieve on-time completions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy projects.
• Hands-on end-to-end project execution in utility-scale EPC.
• Experience with BESS project execution preferred.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong hands‑on experience in the end-to-end execution of Utility-Scale Solar EPC and BESS projects.

The ideal candidate should have independently handled projects from project planning and engineering coordination through procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and handover, with strong site execution and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Utility-Scale Solar EPC projects and BESS projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and execution strategy.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, SCM, Construction, QA/QC, HSE and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality, timelines and resource utilization.
• Manage site execution activities and resolve technical/operational issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and commissioning.
• Review project schedules, DPRs, MIS reports and progress dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Drive project completion within approved time, cost and quality parameters.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 10+ years in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy projects.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Utility-Scale Solar EPC project execution.
• Proven experience in BESS project execution is highly preferred.
• Should have experience handling end-to-end project execution, not limited to a particular function.
• Strong knowledge of construction, installation, commissioning and project management.
• Experience in managing large project teams, contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Candidates from Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / BESS / Power Infrastructure companies preferred.
