Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a Solar Lead for a leading MNC EPC company in Ahmedabad. The candidate should have 15+ years of experience in Solar EPC projects, covering construction, commissioning and handover, with strong knowledge of Solar PV, grid interconnection, substations and transmission.

The role demands program management, technical governance, and excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills to ensure project readiness and risk control.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience leading large-scale Solar EPC projects across end-to-end lifecycle.
• Proven track record in construction, commissioning and handover activities.
• Deep understanding of Solar PV, grid interconnection, substations and transmission systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EPC delivery, provide technical escalation and interface management.
• Drive project readiness, risk management and governance across stakeholders and contractors.
• Advise clients on project status, performance and readiness for handover.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Renewable Energy / Power Systems or related discipline
