Job summary

Freyr Energy is seeking a proactive Solar Installer to join our on-site team in Nagpur. You will handle end-to-end installation of residential solar projects, ensuring quality execution per approved designs and standards.

This role requires technical focus, attention to detail, and strong customer-facing communication. You will install structures, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverters, perform civil works, configure RMS, and provide basic training to customers while following SOPs for both

Qualifications

• Completion of Class 12 / ITI / Diploma.
• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course.
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR).

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
