Job summary

Synergics Solutions in Mumbai Suburban invites experienced professionals to join our software training and ERP deployment team. You will train clients, implement ERP solutions at their sites, and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.

The role requires strong communication in English and Hindi, good problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple client projects. Jewellery domain exposure is a plus; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in imparting software training and implementation.
• Experience with software/ERP deployments and client support.
• Jewellery domain experience is a big plus.
• Proven ability to train and deploy ERP to multiple clients.
• Strong client communication and problem resolution skills.
• Basic Excel skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Impart software training and oversee implementation.
• Hands-on work with software, ERP, and support.
• Lead ERP software training and implementation at client sites.
• Jewellery domain experience is a plus.
• Deploy and train software products for multiple clients.
• Bridge client and development teams for support activities.
• Resolve client queries and issues related to software products.
• Persist under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate Excel skills are a plus.
