Job Summary .

Key Responsibilities

• - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
• - Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
• - Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ÏTSM , CSM, APO , MCO, Finance Management, Employee Centre.
• - Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• - Create and manage workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub , DataFabric /Zero Copy Connectors , tranformation
• - Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues
• - Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases
• - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• - Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes
• - Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• - 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• - Strong experience with JavaScript , REST/SOAP APIs and integrations (server-side and client-side)
• - In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
• - Experience with ( Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle , Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc )
• - Familiarity with CMDB and ITSM
• - Experience with other Application would be plus like ITOM, HRSD .
• - Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices
• - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

referred Qualifications

• - ServiceNow certifications such as:
• - Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• - Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• - Module-specific certifications ( CSM, ITSM, MCO etc.)
• - Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
• - Knowledge of UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration
• - Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF (Automated Test Framework)

Education
