Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow major upgrades on a bi-annual basis.
• Manage ongoing ServiceNow patching and defect remediation on a monthly basis.
• Manage regular ServiceNow deployments to UAT and Production environments for development Sprints.
• Assist with developing/expanding release automation to help simplify the NAB release and deployment processes.
• Conduct minor developments within the Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications in ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Certified System Administration in ServiceNow (required).
• Certified Application Developer in ServiceNow (not required – but beneficial).
• Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management in ServiceNow (not required – but highly beneficial).
• > 3 Years of experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
