The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration, scripting, workflows, integrations, and ITSM, working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable applications that meet business requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
• Customize forms, tables, fields, views, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
• Implement workflows, Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items.
• Configure and support core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
• Develop and customize Service Portal components as required.
• Configure SLAs, assignment rules, and approval workflows.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues, debug scripts, and optimize platform performance.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow application development, scripting, workflows, integrations, and IT Service Management (ITSM).

The candidate will work closely with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, tables, fields, views, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
• Implement and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items.
• Configure and support core ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management.

• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow tables, forms, fields, ACLs, and database concepts.
• Experience with Update Sets, application deployment, and instance migration.
• Understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and role-based permissions.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
