Job summary

TP in Chennai seeks a Soft Skills Trainer to deliver programs for employees and new hires. You will conduct sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, business etiquette, presentation, active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution.

You will develop content, facilitate interactive learning through role plays and group discussions, and assess training effectiveness to coach performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Certification in Training & Development or Soft Skills Training preferred.
• Experience delivering soft skills training to employees/new hires.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
