Job summary

MH Cockpit is seeking a dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to empower students and professionals with essential workplace and communication skills. You will conduct engaging sessions, design modules on communication, presentation, and interview prep, and assess performance with constructive feedback.

Travel to client locations and partner institutions across Bangalore and nearby regions is part of the role, with frequent field assignments. Master’s degree and 1–3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 1–3+ years of soft skills training experience.
• Experience training college students, fresh graduates, or professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver soft skills and communication training sessions for students and professionals.
• Design and deliver modules on communication, presentation, public speaking, group discussions, interview prep, teamwork, time management, and workplace etiquette.
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences for different audience groups.
• Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver aptitude training sessions on quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning when needed.
• Coordinate with academic, training, and operations teams on schedules, assessments, and reporting.
• Travel to client locations or partner institutions across Bangalore and nearby regions.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about empowering students and professionals with essential workplace and communication skills. The role involves conducting interactive training sessions, workshops, assessments, and developmental programs across partner institutions and client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and impactful soft skills and communication training sessions for students and professionals.
• Design and deliver training modules on communication skills, presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, interview preparation, teamwork, time management, and workplace etiquette.
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences tailored to different audience groups and learning levels.
• Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback for skill enhancement.
• Deliver aptitude training sessions covering quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning, where required.
• Coordinate with academic, training, and operations teams regarding schedules, assessments, and reporting.
• Travel to client locations or partner institutions across Bangalore and nearby regions as part of the training schedule.

• Expertise in soft skills development and learner engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of aptitude training, including quantitative and logical reasoning.

• Willingness to travel frequently based on training assignments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Master’s degree in English, Communication, Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3+ years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar training role.
• Experience in training college students, fresh graduates, or working professionals is preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills, training aptitude, and a strong passion for teaching and mentoring are encouraged to apply.
