Job summary

Policybazaar is seeking a Soft Skills Trainer to conduct classroom, virtual, and workshop-based trainings in Gurgaon. You will design, update, and deliver modules on communication, customer service, and professional conduct, while assessing trainee progress and providing coaching.

The role requires 2–7 years in soft skills training, preferably in BPO/Insurance/Sales, with fluency in English and Hindi, and a graduation degree.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-7 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in BPO, Insurance, or Sales environments.
• Experience in conducting behavioral and communication training programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soft skills training programs on communication, customer service, presentation skills, email etiquette, teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.
