Job summary

Fireblaze AI School is seeking a proactive Soft Skills Trainer & Training and Placement Officer to enhance students' employability by delivering soft skills training and coordinating placement activities.

The role requires excellent communication, corporate exposure, and strong industry networking skills to prepare students for successful careers through mock interviews, coaching, campus drives, and employer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/HR/Psychology/English preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in Soft Skills Training or related fields.
• Experience in EdTech, Higher Education or corporate training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver soft skills training on communication, etiquette and workplace readiness.
• Conduct sessions on verbal and written communication, presentation and interview skills.
• Organise mock interviews, role plays and assessments to boost employability.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, placement events and employer engagement.
• Track placement records and provide personalised feedback and mentoring.
• Develop training materials and assessment reports.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Soft Skills Trainer & Training and Placement Officer who can enhance students' employability by delivering soft skills training and coordinating placement activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, corporate exposure, and strong industry networking skills to prepare students for successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

Soft Skills Training

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on communication, personality development, and workplace readiness.
• Conduct sessions on verbal and written communication, presentation skills, public speaking, business etiquette, and professional grooming.
• Train students in aptitude, logical reasoning, group discussions, interview techniques, resume writing, and LinkedIn profile building.
• Organise mock interviews, role plays, and assessment activities to improve students' confidence and employability.
• Evaluate student performance and provide personalised feedback and mentoring.
• Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessment reports.

Training & Placement

• Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals for placement opportunities.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, placement events, and employer engagement activities.
• Identify job opportunities and internship openings aligned with students' skills.
• Prepare students for interviews and support them throughout the placement process.
• Track student placement records, interview schedules, and hiring outcomes.
• Coordinate with academic teams to ensure students are industry-ready.
• Maintain placement reports, employer databases, and placement MIS.

• Experience in the EdTech, Higher Education, or Corporate Training sector is preferred.
