Qualifications

• 5+ years of soft skills training or employability training in higher education.
• Experience in campus recruitment training and corporate training is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom sessions on communication, spoken English, and professional etiquette.
• Train students on group discussions, personal interviews, presentations, and public speaking.
• Conduct mock interviews and interview simulations to prep for campus recruitment.
• Coach resume presentation, self-introduction, body language, grooming and workplace etiquette.
• Identify gaps and provide targeted mentoring and improvement plans.
• Run pre-placement training and assessments aligned with employer expectations.
• Coordinate with Training & Placement teams to tailor training to upcoming hires.
• Track participation, performance and improvements through assessments and feedback.
• Support placement drives with company-specific interview rounds and assessments.
• Develop training materials, activities and practice exercises for different groups.

Job Summary

The role will focus on communication, professional skills, interview preparation and workplace readiness, with a strong emphasis on helping students successfully clear campus recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom sessions on communication skills, spoken English, business communication and professional etiquette.
• Train students on group discussions, personal interviews, presentation skills, public speaking and confidence building.
• Prepare students for campus recruitment by conducting mock interviews, role plays and interview simulations.
• Coach students on resume presentation, self-introduction, body language, professional grooming and workplace etiquette.
• Identify individual student gaps and provide targeted mentoring and improvement plans.
• Conduct pre-placement training and assessment programs aligned with employer expectations.
• Coordinate with the Training & Placement team to understand upcoming campus hiring requirements and customize training accordingly.
• Track student participation, performance and improvement through assessments and feedback.
• Support placement drives by preparing students for company-specific interview rounds and employability assessments.
• Develop training materials, activities, assessments and practice exercises for different student groups.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Soft Skills Training, Employability Training, Campus Recruitment Training, Corporate Training or a similar role.
• Bachelors degree required; Master’s degree will be preferred.
• Strong experience in training college/university students for campus placements is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to help students improve interview performance and successfully participate in campus recruitment.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience handling large student batches in a university or educational environment will be an advantage.
