Job summary

Policybazaar.com invites a skilled Soft Skills Trainer to join our Chennai office. The role focuses on delivering engaging programs in communication, customer service, presentation skills, and professional conduct to varied teams.

Qualified candidates have 2–7 years in soft skills training, preferably in BPO, Insurance, or Sales, and possess strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
