Skillsonics India is seeking a dynamic Soft Skills / English Trainer to enhance communication, interpersonal, and employability skills of candidates in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The role requires proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language, with a passion for training and mentoring individuals.

The trainer will deliver sessions on soft skills and English proficiency, conduct mock interviews, assess progress, and develop customized materials. Local travel for training delivery is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA required.
• 2-4 years of experience in training or operations.
• Excellent command of English, Hindi, and local language.

Responsibilities
