Dr Reddys Foundation (DRF) is seeking a dedicated corporate trainer to design and deliver soft skills programs for aspirants. You will lead needs assessments, develop engaging materials, and coach trainees for effective implementation.

The role emphasizes applying adult learning principles (ADDIE) and adjusting delivery to diverse audiences in a dynamic training environment.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ADDIE model.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt instructional style to diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze data from evaluations/assessments to inform future training initiatives.

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants, focusing on areas such as communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and problem-solving.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules.
