Job summary

JLL is seeking a Soft Services Executive to help shape the future of real estate by providing good housekeeping services and coordinating site vendors. You will assist the Property Manager and ensure service excellence across commercial properties.

The role emphasizes vendor management, reporting, and daily operations, with focus on cost-efficient, high-quality facility management. Experience in hospitality or real estate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in hotel management or hospitality.
• 1–2 years of work experience preferred.
• Effective communication and customer-oriented service.

Responsibilities

• Take daily property rounds and coordinate cleaning with the team.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports (DMR/MMR) and share with Property Manager.
• Schedule weekly vendor meetings to discuss issues.
• Prepare monthly attendance records for salary.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate as needed.
• Develop and mentor vendor staff.
• Improve procedures for cost-effective services.
• Prepare standard policies and procedures documentation.
• Plan, schedule, inspect and assign work to teams.
• Manage landscaping and gardening.

About The Job

JLL is seeking a Soft Services Executive to help shape the future of real estate by providing good housekeeping services and coordinating site vendors. You will assist the Property Manager and ensure service excellence across commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking daily property rounds, co-ordinating with the team to close any matters related to cleaning.
• Maintaining daily/monthly reports, i.e. DMR and MMR and sharing same with Property Manager and client.
• Schedule weekly vendor meetings to discuss on daily issues if any.
• Maintaining / preparing monthly attendance summary record for salary.
• Making sure that all customer queries are well-investigated and resolved and escalating queries to appropriate supervisors if need be.
• Developing and mentoring new and subordinate vendor staff.
• Assisting in improving and monitoring procedures to ensure the cost-effective and efficient services.
• Assisting in preparing and developing the documentation of standard policies and procedures.
• Plans, schedules, inspect and assigns work to subordinate supervisors and/or teams.
• Manage landscaping and gardening.

• Degree / Diploma or relevant educational background in hotel management / hospitality
• Min 1-2 years of work experience preferred
• Effective communication skills and customer-oriented service outlook
