Job Summary

The Soft Services Executive is responsible for managing housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, pantry services, and other support services to ensure a clean, safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment for occupants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and outsourced service providers
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all assigned areas
• Monitor daily cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of housekeeping and soft service operations
• Manage pantry, washroom, and consumable supplies
• Coordinate pest control, waste management, and landscaping activities
• Handle customer complaints related to soft services and ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure proper usage
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on soft service activities
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, safety practices, and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping or soft services within facilities management, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial properties

Required Skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning chemicals
• Vendor and manpower management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Understanding of safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Working Conditions

May require shift work, weekends, or holidays depending on business requirements. Frequent movement across the facility for inspections and supervision.
