Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, pest control, catering, reception, and mailroom.
• Manage relationships with soft service contractors and vendors, monitor contracts against KPIs, and conduct vendor assessments.
• Perform inspections and audits to verify quality standards and implement quality control processes.
• Prepare and manage budgets for soft services and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Serve as primary contact for soft service matters with occupants and senior management.
• Supervise in-house staff or coordinate contracted teams, conduct performance reviews, and ensure staffing levels.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates soft services including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, pest control, catering, reception services, and mailroom operations.
• Manage relationships with soft service contractors and vendors, monitor contract performance against KPIs, and conduct regular vendor assessments.
• Perform regular inspections and audits to verify service quality standards and implement quality control processes.
• Prepare and manage budgets for soft services, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure all soft services comply with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for soft service matters, communicating with building occupants and senior management.
• Supervise in-house soft service staff or coordinate contracted teams, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
