Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a Soft Services Executive to oversee daily, non-technical facility services in Bengaluru. You’ll ensure high‑quality service delivery across cleaning, waste, landscaping, security, and catering, while maintaining SLAs, safety standards, and consistent performance across sites.

The role requires strong vendor management, budget control, and reporting to senior management, with a 48-hour weekly on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in facility or soft services management.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office.
• Focus on event organization.

Responsibilities
