This role focuses on vendor management, audits, and cost control within delegated authority. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in facility management with soft services exposure, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems and MS

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in facility management with a soft services focus.
• IWFM/IFMA certification advantageous.
• Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS and MS Office; knowledge of cleaning standards, security operations, and HSE regulations.

Assistant Facility Manager - Soft Services

Position Overview: Manages non-technical facility services including cleaning, catering, security, landscaping, and waste management to ensure high-quality workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily soft services delivery (cleaning, catering, reception, security, mail services). Ensure services meet SLAs through regular inspections and performance monitoring.
• Vendor Management: Manage soft services contractors and suppliers. Monitor performance against KPIs, conduct service reviews, and coordinate contractor compliance and access.
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct service audits and inspections. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement corrective actions and maintain audit documentation.
• Budget Control: Track soft services expenses, review invoices, and identify cost optimization opportunities within delegated authority.
• Stakeholder Relations: Serve as primary contact for soft services issues. Respond to occupant requests and complaints professionally while building positive client relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years in facility management with soft services focus.
• Certifications: IWFM/IFMA certification advantageous.
• Skills: Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS systems and MS Office. Knowledge of cleaning standards, security operations, and H&S regulations. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with customer service orientation.
