Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Executive - Soft Services in Bangalore to manage onsite facilities, supervise day-to-day operations, and coordinate with clients and vendors. The role includes admin duties, housekeeping, pantry tasks, and ongoing safety and quality checks.

The position requires a minimum of 3+ years in facilities/soft services with a degree. You will work a rotational shift with a 6-day work week in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities management or soft services.
• Any degree is acceptable.
• Experience in onsite client coordination and admin support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing onsite support.
• Be the trusted right hand to upper facilities management for all facilities activities.
• Lend admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping, and appointment coordination.
• Hit KPIs and meet service level agreements.
• Assist in planning, budgeting and procurement of vendors and services.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.

What this job involves

Providing onsite support

You will be the upper facilities management’s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities. You’ll do this by performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.

Where can processes be improved? How can we save costs? These are questions that will be at the forefront of the team’s thinking. You, too, will always have an eye on this, contributing suggestions as they arise.

You’ll also lend the team a big hand by providing admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination. Also part of your job scope is to hit key performance indicators and meet service level agreements.

Meeting the clients’ facilities needs
