We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager / Content Strategist who can develop monthly social media strategies, manage our social media pages, improve audience engagement, and drive consistent growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and audience behaviour, and will play a key role in building the brand's digital presence and generating quality leads through social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Create monthly content calendars covering posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Manage and maintain social media pages across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and coordinate content creation with the design, video, and marketing teams.
• Monitor page performance and implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and overall visibility.
• Handle and supervise the social media DM team to ensure timely responses and proper lead follow-ups.
• Develop strategies to improve audience interaction, generate enquiries, and convert social media engagement into potential leads.
• Track social media insights, analyse performance, and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencer marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
• Monitor competitors and analyse their content strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Continuously experiment with new content ideas and growth strategies to improve page performance.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (boosted posts/ads) in coordination with the marketing team.
• Coordinate with local influencers and micro-influencers for real estate project promotions and site-visit content.
