Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Build and manage a monthly and annual social media content calendar .
• Lead the complete content lifecycle including ideation, scripting, planning, publishing and performance analysis.
• Conceptualise and oversee Reels, short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, event coverage and brand campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, viral formats, platform algorithms and competitor activities and incorporate relevant trends .
• Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and communication style across all digital platforms.
• Monitor audience comments, messages and feedback and ensure timely and appropriate responses.
