Palindrome Spaces is seeking a Creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence for architecture and interior design projects. You will shoot and produce content, edit videos, and coordinate with design and PR teams to craft engaging stories across Instagram and LinkedIn.

The role focuses on visually rich, premium content that reflects our design sensibilities. On-site shoots in Mumbai area with a fast-paced studio environment and collaboration with senior designers.

Qualifications

15 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
Experience with Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Furniture, Lifestyle or Luxury Brand preferred.
Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
Good photography and videography skills using a mobile phone/camera.
Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop advantageous.
Strong visual sense and design aesthetics.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily photo and video shoots at project sites, studio and events.

Manage the firm's social platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, with a content calendar.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive / Associate to manage and grow the social media presence of our Architecture & Interior Design firm.

The candidate will be responsible for daily content creation, shooting, video production, social media management and coordination with the PR team. The role requires someone who understands design, aesthetics, interiors, architecture and visual storytelling, and can translate our projects and studio activities into engaging digital content.

The candidate will work closely with the Design Team, Principal Architect/Interior Designers and PR Team to plan and execute content across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Content & Shoots

Plan and execute daily photo and video shoots at project sites, studio and events.
Capture ongoing interior/architecture work, site progress, material selections, design details and behind-the-scenes content.
Coordinate with designers and project teams to identify important content opportunities.
Maintain a regular library of raw photos, videos, reels and BTS content.
Create short-form video content suitable for Instagram Reels, Stories and other platforms.

2. Social Media Management

Manage the firm's social media platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn.
Develop and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar.
Create and publish Reels, Stories, posts, carousels and other content.
Write engaging captions, hooks and basic copy for posts and videos.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions and audience engagement.
Track current social media trends, formats, sounds and content styles relevant to the design industry.

3. Video Editing & Content Creation

Edit short-form videos and Reels from raw footage.
Add music, transitions, text, subtitles, graphics and other relevant elements.
Create engaging before/after, walkthrough, material, process and project videos.
Ensure content maintains the firm's premium design and visual aesthetic.
Repurpose existing project photographs and videos into new social media content.

4. PR Team Coordination

Coordinate closely with the PR team for media opportunities, publications, awards, features and brand communication.
Provide photographs, videos, project information and other required content to the PR team.
Coordinate content requirements for publications, interviews, events and collaborations.
Maintain a proper database of project photographs, videos, credits and project information.
Follow up with the PR team regarding upcoming features, publications and content requirements.

5. Project & Designer Coordination

Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects and Project Teams for shoots and content collection.
Understand project timelines and plan content around project milestones.
Coordinate site visits and shoots without disturbing project activities.
Take initiative to identify visually interesting details, materials, design elements and project stories.

Required Skills

15 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
Experience working with an Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Furniture, Lifestyle or Luxury Brand will be preferred.
Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
Good photography and videography skills using a mobile phone/camera.
Good knowledge of Reels and short-form video content.
