Duende Designs in Pune is hiring a creative Social Media & Content Creator who can ideate, shoot, edit, publish and analyze content across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. You will turn interiors and project moments into engaging stories, build content calendars, record reels, edit with CapCut or Premiere Pro, write captions, and monitor performance to grow our online presence.

This is a hands-on role with founders and designers, offering strong collaboration to shape the brand's content

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Creation.
• Hands-on experience creating content and managing social media pages for a brand or business.
• Strong ability to ideate and execute content independently.
• Strong video editing and photo editing skills.
• Good copywriting and content-writing skills.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Photoshop or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate content around interiors, projects, design, styling, trends, people and brand.
• Plan content calendars and social media plans for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Shoot content including Reels, videos, photos, BTS content and interviews.
• Create and edit engaging Reels, short-form videos, carousels, Stories and more.
• Write hooks, captions, CTAs, scripts and social media copy.
• Publish and schedule content to go out consistently and on time.
• Manage the Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube presence.
• Identify stories from projects and turn them into content.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers and the creative team to bring ideas to life.
• Engage with audience and monitor comments/DMs.
• Track performance and use insights to improve content.
• Stay on top of trends and formats across platforms.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, hands‑on Social Media & Content Creator who can take an idea from:

“We should make this!” → Shoot it → Edit it → Publish it → See how it performs.

This is not a role where you’ll just manage a content calendar or schedule posts.

We’re looking for someone who can ideate, create, shoot, edit, write, publish and analyse content across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

What You’ll Do

• Ideate content — Come up with fresh, creative ideas around interiors, our projects, design, styling, trends, people and our brand.
• Plan content — Build content calendars and social media plans for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Shoot content — Record Reels, videos, photos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, project walkthroughs and other social-first content using a phone/camera.
• Create & edit — Turn raw footage and photos into engaging Reels, short-form videos, carousels, Stories and other social creatives.
• Write content — Create strong hooks, captions, CTAs, scripts and social media copy.
• Publish & schedule — Manage the end-to-end publishing process and ensure content goes out consistently and on time.
• Manage social media — Help grow and manage our Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube presence.
• Tell our project stories — Work closely with our interior designers and creative team to identify interesting stories, details and moments from our projects and turn them into content.
• Collaborate — Work with designers, photographers, founders and the creative team to bring content ideas to life.
• Engage with the audience — Monitor comments, DMs and audience interactions and help build our online community.
• Track performance — Understand what content is working, analyse insights and use data to improve future content.
• Stay on top of trends — Keep up with Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn trends, formats, creators and new ways of creating content.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is creative, curious, proactive and hands‑on.

You should have:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience creating content and managing social media pages for a brand or business.
• Strong ability to ideate and execute content independently.
• Strong video editing and photo editing skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form video content.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Good copywriting and content‑writing skills.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Photoshop or similar.
• Comfortable shooting content using a phone and/or camera.
• Proactive, organised and ownership-driven mindset.
• Willingness to experiment, test new ideas and learn continuously.

Good to Have

• Experience working with an Interior Design / Architecture company.
• Understanding of interiors, architecture, styling and design.
• Experience creating content for luxury, lifestyle or visual brands.
• Basic Photoshop skills.
• Experience with Pinterest and/or YouTube.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others on camera.

• Location: On-site, Viman Nagar, Pune(in-office mandatory)
• Work days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
• Compensation: Based on experience and skill (open conversation)
