Job summary

Rachana Construction in Mumbai is hiring a Content & Social Media Executive responsible for end-to-end content creation, managing our Instagram presence and coordinating with styling clients. You will shoot photos/videos, craft captions, and develop creative concepts to grow our online community.

The role requires a strong eye for fashion, excellent communication, and the ability to independently shoot high-quality media while staying on-brand. Location is Mumbai and the position is full-time.

• Respond to enquiries and DMs
• Coordinate with styling clients
• Understand client requirements
• Manage appointments and follow-ups

Creative & Brand

• Come up with fresh campaign ideas
• Create moodboards and visual concepts
• Help develop the Sketchliners Styles aesthetic
• Think beyond templates we want original ideas

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 13 years of experience in content/social media
• Is genuinely passionate about fashion & styling
• Is confident behind the camera and in front of it when required
• Can independently shoot good-quality photos/videos
• Knows basic video editing & graphic design
• Understands Instagram really well
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is organised and comfortable handling clients
• Is proactive, creative and can take an idea from concept shoot edit post
