Reels and Frames is a premium photography company, specializing in destination wedding photography and films. Started by Anand Rathi, an Engineer/MBA turned photographer, the company has been a pioneer in the industry since 2012. Anand is a Canon Ambassador and a TEDx speaker.

Our clients include names like Mr Akash Ambani, Ms Sonam Kapoor, Mr Rana Daggubati and corporations like McDonald’s, Adani Group, Aditya Birla Group, Torrent Pharma, Rosy Blue Diamonds and many others. We are an in-house team of 30+ creatives working out of Nariman Point, Mumbai.

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Content Editor who understands storytelling, pacing and premium aesthetics. This is a Full-time role at our Nariman Point Office.

Your role will focus on editing, refining and elevating content for social media, ensuring that every reel reflects our brand language of premium luxury destination weddings.

From transforming wedding highlights into emotionally compelling reels to polishing behind-the-scenes footage into brand-aligned content, you will ensure that everything we publish feels elegant, intentional, and elevated.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their expertise in editing and grow into a strategic social media role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form reels from:
• Wedding highlights & emotional moments
• Team & office culture content
• Existing data from previously shot weddings
• Ensure all content aligns with our premium destination wedding brand language
• Maintain consistency in visual tone, color grading, typography, pacing and music
• Optimize videos for Instagram performance (hook timing, retention flow, subtitles, pacing)
• Stay updated with trends, but adapt them to fit a luxury brand

Brand & Platform Support

• Work closely with photographers, cinematographers & marketing team
• Assist in planning and refining monthly content calendars
• Ensure high publishing standards across platforms
• Suggest improvements based on performance insights
