Job summary

A leading architecture firm in Delhi is looking for a Social Media Content Manager to own their social storytelling. You will be responsible for creating on-brand graphics, managing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate has strong illustration skills and experience with Meta/LinkedIn Ads. This is an entry-level full-time role with a salary range of INR 2.5M - 4M based on experience and portfolio.

• Turn projects into illustrated carousels, isometric diagrams, and detail explainers.

Role Description

Social Media Content Manager (Graphic Illustration + Performance Marketing)

Design Worx is an Architectural Design Studio. Own our social storytelling end‑to‑end—plan the calendar, create architecture‑led illustrations, run paid campaigns, and report outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Turn projects into illustrated carousels, isometric diagrams, detail explainers, and progress reels that educate and inspire.
• Build and run a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reels/Shorts.
• Design on‑brand graphics and short videos; maintain reusable templates for speed and consistency.
• Launch and optimise Meta/LinkedIn campaigns with A/B tests on hooks and creatives.
• Track engagement, reach, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, conversions; deliver monthly insights.
• Ensure clean tracking (pixels/tags, UTMs) and smooth lead flows to website/forms.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of social‑first illustrations/graphics and short‑form edits.
• Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Canva skills; motion basics a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta/LinkedIn Ads and analytics.
